At Ascend Outdoors, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our services are provided in person and are dependent on time, labor, and conditions outside of our control, refunds are handled on a limited, case-by-case basis.
Service-Based Refunds
Payments made for completed services are generally non-refundable. If a client is dissatisfied with a service, we ask that they contact us within a reasonable time so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Whenever possible, we will prioritize:

Re-servicing the affected area

Correcting the issue at no additional cost
Refunds, if approved, are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
Cancellations
If a service is canceled before it is performed, no payment will be required. Services canceled after work has begun, or after costs have been incurred, may not be eligible for a refund.
Weather-Related Services
Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. Delays or rescheduling due to weather do not qualify for refunds.
Subscription or Recurring Services
For recurring services, charges apply only to services already completed. Future scheduled services may be canceled at any time prior to the service date.
Processing of Refunds
Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible and may take several business days to process.
